welcome than spring and the wel come season is upon us House holders aye already with alarm the big holes they nave made in their coal bins and the big piles of ashes which to moved the con sumed coal has made along with the spring joys Along with spring sentimentality various little things conic to jar the would-to- souls of men who would like nothing better than to stretch dreamily in arm chairs during the first spring days and think of future fishing trips baseball games and horse races The first jar comes with the spring which housewives undertake with the same sort of vigor Germans dig trenches the battle front Theres no chance for a man to enjoy an easy chair when spring begins and when he about as big as a peanut in- the domestic arrange ments The spring bonnet jar quickly follows Jar No- 3 comes when it is discovered ones hens are beginning to eat their There is a when it is discovered front and hack yards have ac cumulated quantities of foreign mat ter during the winter which much be removed This isnt sentimental but the household be done be fore dreaming of tolling There are awful jars when it is found land lords wont make the spring repairs renters demand on their homes If generous landlords do paper rooms spring fevered men are routed out of to Jackson ol LICENSES Era Newmarket passed away last week at his home avenue after a weeks illness of la He ws a native of
