council voted on Mon day to advertise for tenders on a 500000 six per cent debenture issue Councillors were unimpres sed by warnings of no response on the part of bond dealers it the issue were advertised John Graham of the firm of Bell Gouinlock told council that his firm was prepared to option on the issue at a yield to the town of per plus interest but would not tender if the issue were
