The event was a performance of "FOOTLOOSE" by the Almost Famous Players (AFP) from Wingham, Ontario. The AFP is a group of 27 performers all labeled with a developmental and/or physical disability and an amazing group of volunteers with unlimited energy. The Branch raised $1,300 which was divided 3 ways among the AFP, Youth for Christ and the June McCann Fund. The Branch found this to be a great ROSE Session that let many people know this program is available in the area. The Lynedoch WI has long been a great supporter ofall that has gone on at the Evergreen Cemetew since its charter was granted in 1914. It was one of the Branch’s Charter Members who first suggested the idea of an annual decoration day at the cemetery. There was a tremendous turnout this year and the weather cooperated vew well.
