A. Robertson, was the note that one of the members, Mrs. G. L. Ernst, now of Mount Forest, attended the Women's Institute Convention in Guelph in 1903 as a delegate from Holstein. This conven- tion was addressed by Mrs. Adelaide Hoodless, founder of the Institute movement. Mrs. Robâ€" ertson credited the Holstein Institute with providing the inspiration for the formation of the Mount Forest branch.
