Dorothy Walters of Rocky Ridge 4-H Homemaking Club, winner at the Ottawa Area Women's Insti- tute scholarship last year. Dorothy has completed 3 Garden Clubs and 6 others, and is now assistant leader of the unit "The Club Girl Slands On Guard".
