This one got me until I found a picture in their magazine showing someone pinning a “buttonhole†on another oneawe could call it a boutonniere or a corsage. I receive their Home and Country magazine which, although devoted to reporting Institute work, carries paid advertising. Reading through their copies I find they have the same problems as we do here in Canada. They, too, wonder why they are losing Institutes, and how they can get their young folks interested. They asked if a committee of research could be set up to inquire into what really interests the members, not what the head office thinks should interest them. They also advise, “Do not make members who will never see forty again, feel they are old has-beens, by turning too hopefully to youth." Then resolutions! Our F.W.I.O. Board would know just how these ladies felt when Lady Dyer said in January, “No doubt I should handle you with care, but there are 145 resolu- tions and I know you will stand rough treat- ment.
