The Finance Committee recommended that this increase be used to cover the proposed budget. This was accepted. It is of interest that the total amount received by F.W.l.C. for the Adelaide Hoodless Homestead is $13,546.00. Of this complete total received from all ten provinces. Ontario contributed $0604.00. The Foundaâ€" tion Fund to date has received from all prov~ inces “9.80000. Ontario contributed $3,- 800.00. second to Manitoba. The Canadian Mosaic Miss Ethel Chapman is doing the research and writing of the Ontario sectionâ€"a history of our people. the settlement of the different ethnic groups on arrival. and subsequent de- velopments. also a picture of their crafts and culture. The first part has been completed. the story of ethnic groups and their contribuâ€" tions to the life of the country. Tweedsmuir Competitions Mrs. Maryn Partly is to be chairman of this section for the 1967 National Convention.
