A grant of $1,500 was awarded F.W.I.C. from the Canadian Citizenship Branch of the Department of Secretary of State with direcâ€" tions to bring two delegates from Northern Canada to attend the A.C.W.W. Conference. Mrs. L. T, Vear, Discovery in North West Territories and Mrs. M. Lambert, Yukon. are carrying on the Women‘s Institute extension work. Mrs, Vear was able to attend the confer- ence but Mrs. Gottman attended in place of Mrs. Lambert.
