Queensboro WI member wanted to do something specral in International Women‘s Year. which incidentally was her 65th birth~ day year as well. She quilted a quilt called “Grampa's Place”. In 1975 she designed and quilted a quilt. “Places in Queensboro“ which included her own home and 8 surrounding buildings. This unique quilt took 130 hours to quilt. Last year she also had published a book of poems entitled “Memory Book of Poems".
