Jeanetta VanSickle retires as provincial secreta Jeanetta VanSickle, secretary of the Federated Women’s Institutes of Ontario since 1978, retired from her position after the 1982 Annual Board Meeting. . Jeanetta’s involvement and acâ€" complishments in the rural com- munity are almost endless. She became a Director of the Rockton Fair in 1945 and was President of District No. 6 of the Ontario Agricultural Societies in 1968 and 1969. In 1962, she was presented with an Agricultural Service Diploma by the North Wentworth Agricultural Society and received an Honorary Director’s Pin in 1974. She has been involved in all kinds of church work, and with the Order of the Eastern Star. Jeanetta also served as President of the Troy Branch and the North Wentworth Women’s Institute, and as viceâ€" president of the Hamilton Area Women’s Institute.
