This conference was organized by the Christian Farniers’ Federation and facilitated by the in. stitute of Cultural Affairs. The farm family crisis was thoroughly discussed and directions to approach this crisis were laid. I believe the WI has already moved in the right way. Our planned work- shop and the leadership training \.'.G develop are all part of the mutuui support systems discussed. Peer sup- port and education were two other major considerations.
