Donor wins own Donation Debbie Thompson Wilson. a Guelph artist and graphic designer (and daughter-in-law of FWIO member Viola Wilson of Listowel) donated a painting to help raise funds for FWIO Scholarships. The painting was shown at Convention '97 in Hamilton and tickets were sold. As a joke. Debbie bought a few tickets herself. Imagine her surprise when the winning ticket was drawn and it was here! She immediately donated the painting back to FWIO. It is presently hang- ing in the Provincial Office. Tickets for another draw for the painting will be sold at Conference '98 in Belleville. (Debbie says she won't buy any tickets this timel) Debbie is a graduate of the University oi Guelph. The donated painting has appeared in veral exhibitions and juried art shows and was ‘atured in a Big Sister calendar.
