1966 Kairshea w.1. assisted Holyrood N.I. to serve at Warden's Banquet. The Warden was P.A. Murray. A trophy for Sr. Boys' Champ at Linloss Central School's field Day. A new roof was put on the dall. A hospital room was chosen in the new building at Ningnam and District .ospital. The 'bme Lconomics Scholarship was discontinued after 1966. A reprint of 200 more Books of Dean MacLeod's Poems was ordered. 1967 A Centenneal Rose Quilt and a Crib quilt were made and ticets were sold. Kairshea was hostess for the District Annual in anknow. A special Centennial Calico Ball was held in Lucknow District High School. A former member Miss Jessie McKay received a gift from Kairshea on her 100th birthday. 196? A new ceiling and a double sink were improvements to the iall. 1969 Betty Colwell, a H-H member, was chosen to go to the Girls' Conference at Guelph. Each year a bus tour was enjoyed since 1966. These included a Mystery Tour in Lucnnow, industries in Uoderich, Kincardine are, Collingwood and Stratrord, and one special one to see Anne of Green Gables at Toronto. 1970 More vandalism at the Hall occurred and #6 panes of glass were broken. In June it was decided to have Sunshine Sisters. The woodshed was sold to Spence Jclarlan for w20.c0. nairshea has coninued to sponsor hâ€"l bnenaking Courses, and many girls in the community have received training in the courses offered. Hany have received their County and Provincial ionours, and one leader, Jrs Jim Eurt received her live Year Award. Several'lzaders were guests at Loyal Vinter fair. tn several occasions the h-{ Clots have entertained the Institutz menters at dinners, teas, Iilms, and demonstrations. Wuch credit is due to the many Institute members who have been leaders.
