Hoffat, Clerk V3- H That Poundneepers be authorized to make the following additional charges for food for animals impounded for twenty-four hours: For each Horse, 50 cents each Ox, 50 cents; each Fig, 10 cents; Cows or young cattle, 25 cents eadi Calves and sheep 10 cents each. That all persons through whose land any stream may run, and which by the falling or chopping of timber into said streams the roads or lands adjoin ing such streams are unjured, they are hereby required within one month after notice been given, to remove such otstructions under a penalty for neglect or refusal of not less than 15. That any person offending against any By-law in force in this Municipality to which no amount of fine is attached shall be fined not less than ten shillings, and the same shall he recovered according to law, with coats, and paid to the credit of the Municipality. Any person putting and leaving stones, timber, firewood, saw-;ogs or any other obstructions whatever, on any part of the road in this municipality shall he liatle to a fine of not less than $5 or more than $10. That each Pathmaster shall have charge of anf be responsible for the road scraper telonging to his beat, and shall deliver it over to his successor in office, under a penality of $5. Any person taking any stone, gravel, timter or sand from any part of any roads of thsi Township withcut leave had or ottaihed from the Council, shall be lisrle to a fine of not less than 32 or more than $90. That any person against whom a fine may he levied under any Bylaw of this Municipality, and who shall fail to pay the same as ordered, the same may he collected ty distress of his or her goods or chattels, or they may be imprisoned in the common goal of the County for the space of not less than twenty days.
