BLUE SPRINGS The blue springs property was purchased from James Berg Titmus of Han0ver in Aug. 1959. It Sontains approximately 60 acres. parts of lot 53 and 5h igiw‘fil S.D.R. Brant. TO the north is 1320 ft. river frontage. There are seVeral streams. the Blue Spring, waterâ€"fall, over which pours 90,000 gallons of water per hour. At one time it was considered for the Hanover water supply. but reflected be- cause of the iron content. There is also a pond and several marshy areas. In 1967 we had 8,000 trees planted of different varities. This added to the many that Mr. Titmus planted. His four groves of red and white pine still stand to this day.
