There was a deficit of more than $100,000 and. following recom- mendations. there was still a small deficit. no raise in wages. They felt they they had no choice but to raise membership fees. Members 80 years will be $30 and for other active members it will be $35 in 2004 and $45 by 2005. Because support from OMAF has been discontinued. many of the support services have been dropped. Volunteers and limited a W staff had to cover the hours donated by OMAF. One voting delegate per area shall attend the provincial annual meeting. There will be four branch mailings for the groups. Committees that have been dissolved include: scholarships w. rt- ncn £5 and awards. and Ontario Agriculture Hall of Fame.
