v' . EFRT NEWSLETTER MAY, 1995 ************************************ *****k****************************** EFRT NEWSEETHER Thank you for taking a few minutes to read our first newsletter and catch up with the news on our DEFIB CAMPAIGN. Our objective is to keep Islanders informed about our goals, about the defib and about the progress of the EFR Team in general. To answer the often-asked question: "Where is all this money going to come from?" we have started with a copy of our financial projection for this year. It clearly shows exactly how and Mmere we are going to get the money' to buy' a defib. The EFR Teanxhas asked council to underwrite in case the campaign falls short of its target. Ir1 a connmnity like Amherst Island, however, we feel this is highly unlikely. All our current and future fundraising plans and PrOjects are included in the newsletter, and while not nearly as interesting as the Beacon, we hope you enjoy the package we have put together for you. *xtxx*x**xx*******x*************xx** AMHERST ISLAND- EMEBGENCY.
