THE BACK KITCHEN RESTAURANT Some of you may be wondering what's going on at The Back Kitchen. We're proud to say that we now have an enclosed eating . area, washrooms and a new stockroom complete with a walk- in freezer. Everything that you have put into The Back Kitchen over the last four years has gone back in the form of improvements as we look ahead to our fifth year. We'll be opening a couple of weeks later than last year due to the amount of interior work that we still need to do. The intent is to open Friday, May lst for two week--ends and then full time on May 15th. Our plan is to open 7 days/week instead of closing on Tuesdays, as well as sewing a breakfast special on Sundays. Look for more information in the next Beacon.
