Keith '5 Chronicles Russell's first Bank was opened in 1904 and was located in the frame building on the left of the top picture. It was known as the Bank of Ottawa and later the Bank corner of Concession Street and Mill Street.. Russell's second bank was opened in 1914 in the building in the bottom picture. It was called the Bank of Hochelaga and was located beside of Nova Scotia and was located on the Kenny's general store. It closed in 1924._
