Canadian 4-H Council President George Klosler lead the gathering of 4- H members, parents and directors with the singing of the 4-H Grace. Chairman Dwight Hargreaves chaired the annual meeting. Iudy Harper-Kukpecz read the secretary report and treasurer Geoff Irmes dis- cussed the treasurer's report. Kim Topp gave the nomination committee report. Thirty projects awards were pre- sented to Russell Brenneman, Anita Brink, Dan Gerber and Chris Ward. The Norman ckout Judging Awards were presented by his parents, Bernice and Russell Dickout. Norman Dickout was very active in the 4-H program as a member, leader and county treasurer. He belonged to the Ingersoll Kiwanis 4-H Dairy Calf Club and enjoyed the judging aspect of the 4--H program. In 1990; Norman Dickout started the countywide battery blitz to raise money for Oxford 4--H.
