Over the years I have had four books published,"Pioneers O Pioneers in I952,"The Trails of the Pioneers†in I955,"The Last of' the Pioneers" 1958 and"the Flaming Dance" in I970.(One chapter in this book tell s of the famou devastating forest fire that swept through the Municipality of Dance, ten mi- les north of the Rainy River, taking eighteen lives in I938).That's why I called it,"The Flaming Dance". When 4 spoke of' the beginning of my ministry,I should have made mention of the fact that it was just after my ordination in Grace Chursh, Winnipeg,in 1925, that my father,John Hambley told me the following, He said " I have not tehd you until now,"eorge, that it was more thateprayers of' yum our mother, more than anything else, that guided you into the Ministry of the Ch- urch. She was grieved when the first lad George Henry died, and her prayer was like that of the mother of tsamuel, even "annah,in the Bible, that if tigd would give her another son, he would be dedicated to the Ministry of the Churdh".gnd so it has turned out. I have just briefly mentioned my sister Laura, who was a Ydssion- ary in China for forty years, and on her return she bought this house in WMXK which we now live and on her death in 195: she gave the house to me,and my wife and I have appreciated very much, my sister's foresight as well as her generosity.
