This â€" will. save confusion‘on the part of the newlyâ€"elected Conveners and will ensure the receipt of the Resolutions by the Provincial Convener. While it is impossible to deal with politically controversial subjects or sectarian > subjects, the ‘members should be alert to know about current topics and be able to exâ€" . press intelligent opinions on matters of public good which will affect their "Home and Country", in order that their influence may be useful in promoting a worthy cause. Resolutions are an important medium through which all members of the Institutes may express their opinions and should be used for the benefit of all, We should be reminded too that responsible governments do consider wise resolutions presented by organizations such as F.W,I.0.
