Visitors invited at the discretion of the Executive Committee. HOW TO REGISTER (a) Complete registration form, sign and date it. Detach and send to ACWW. Clutlia House. It) sSuorcy's Gale, London SW1P 3AY, together with Conference registration fee of £200 sterling per person (payable by cheque, bank draft or equivalent in currency, exclusive of bank charges) to arrive at Central Office no later than 15 January 2001. After that date the fee will rise to f225. All cheques and bank drafts should be made i payable to the Associated Country Women of the World. l (b) On receipt of the completed registration form and fee, ACWW will send you confirmation of registration to be retained and shown at the ACWW registration desk in Hamilton. At the same time. ACWW will also send you a Booking form for accommodation available in Hamilton, to be returned direct to the Canadian address given on the form by 28 February 2001, and a Travel and Special Needs form to be returned to the address given on that form by 10 May 2001. Booking of any other accommodation is participants' own responsibility. (c) The cut-off date for registration is 27 April 2001 . The Conference registration fee includes Opening and Closing Ceremonies, social functions, Conference documentation and the cost of administration. Lunches and evening meals are excluded.
