Description
Once upon a time, deep in the kingdom of WI there were once four brave knights. These knights spent their days helping their lands, educating the people, and providing for those in need. They were creative, strong, intelligent and quick-witted women whom became an unstoppable legend among the surrounding Kingdoms. One day, they went to the Kingdom of Notgoingtobed and came across four sweet (most of the time) children. One lovely little princess, her sweet prince, and two mischievous little Lords. They immediately recognized these four brave knights from the ballads they heard of them. The children told the four knights of their adventures during their days. How they spent many a day in their kingdom, running along the plains of Thebackyardin, riding their orange carriage called Kubota and collecting the taxes from the chickens. However, as exciting, and adventurous as their days were in this magical land, their nights were dark and haunting. They were cursed with shadow monsters living under their beds. The little prince would cry out in the middle of the night for the Queen. The Princess refused to go to sleep, and the two little Lords would wake constantly haunted by the shadow Monsters. They were desperate for a solution. After telling the wizards about their sleepless woes and of the shadow monsters that were lurking deep in the depths of their bed chambers, the four wise knights knew what they had to do. They sent them all back to their castle and said they would return again in a fortnight. When they returned, they would come back with a solution to the shadow monsters. The little Lords, the Prince and the Princess all ran back to the castle where they all waited impatiently for the knights to return. That following fortnight around dusk, the knights did return. In their burlap sacks they each carried a great monster. A monster that is known for being kind to humans but terrifying to all other creatures in all the lands. A monster that glowed in the dark, large teeth and bright colours. The brave knights showed the Prince, Princess and little Lords what was inside the sacks. They revealed Rockious Monsterities. All but the little Princess jumped back in shock. The Princess was wise and trusted these gallant knights. She knew that these Rockious Monsterities would protect them. Although a little scared, the children trusted these knights and put the rocks under their beds. They woke in the morning from a long sleep filled night. The Mosterities had worked! They scared away any creature or monster that tried to scare the children. The Prince, Princess and two little lords thanked the heroic knights for all their help. The knights said it was their honour to help them and said that they were going to be returning to the Kingdom of WI now and if they ever needed anything again, to just send a note for them. With a tearful farewell, the knights were off again. Riding off into the sunset, looking for more folks to help along the way.
The End!

We all ventured to Pt. Peatre Beach to find out perfect rock and enjoyed great conversation and food while painting our monster rocks.
Each member hid their rock under the bed of the children in the pictures (and story) and all the children looked under their bed that night for monsters and found their painted rocks. We choose to do this theme and give our painted rocks to these special children as these adorable little children aren't so adorable in the wee hours of the night when they cry because they think their are monsters under their beds. Their mammas are awful thankful for these monster rocks as its aloud some much needed and less interrupted sleep :)

You think lack of sleep with these little ones is hard you need to try getting a picture with the four of them! ha ha!
