FIRST PRIZE POSTER— In competition with all age groups in South Waterloo, the poster submitted by James Carse, 13-year-old public school pupil of New Dundee, was declared by judges an outstanding winner of first prize. The contest is sponsored by the Ontario Women's Institutes to publicize the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Women's Institute which is to be celebrated in Guelph next June. James' poster has been forwarded to Toronto, along with second and third prize entries from South Waterloo, for further competition with entries from all parts of Ontario. _Galt Reporter Jimmy received an award in the Local Institute as well as second prize in the Provincial contest.
